Developed to manage newspaper and magazine based 'reader offers', this software was commissioned to replace an out-dated paper-based system.

The prime requirements were to allow the input, storage and retrieval of data from customers that wished to purchase a series of framed foil printed bird pictures that were released on a monthly 'approval' basis.

There was a need to be able to 'trace' potential subscriptions based on the postal code entered to locate any previous applications that may have been defaulted upon and so 'flag' the application.

Full tracking of a subscription was required to enable the automated printing of pick notes, despatch notes and invoices.

Automated follow-up was also of prime concern to ensure that any 'late' payments were identified as soon as possible.
